The little troubles and worries of life,

so many of which we meet,
may be as stumbling blocks in our way,
or we may make them steppingstones to a noble character and to Heaven.

Troubles are often the tools by which God fashions us for better things.

Henry Ward Beecher

Wow, such inspiration on how one person views the troubles of the world and what a unique perspective he brings along with him.

I wish we could all see them as stepping stones.

Good Sunday morning Friends,

Thank you all for your kind comments.

Flyingstars ~ Photography is one of my favorite hobbies, reading another, and I enjoy sharing both.

Kat ~ It definitely would be nice if we could see all of our troubles as stepping stones.

Mrs. E ~ I liked it too when I read it. A more positive way of looking at things that get us down.

L.D. ~ We are on a journey here in this life, each step taking us closer to Heaven. Thanks for the wishes for a restful Sunday.

Kanak Hagier ~ Glad the words and picture came to you when they did.

Life can deal us so many different curve balls. We can be up, down, or anywhere in between. God is with us through everything, even when we do not feel like He is. He has promised to never leave or forsake us in our journey. May we all feel His love and peace and strength surrounding and flowing through us as we walk this path of life. May our stumbling blocks turn into stepping stones.

I love this. It's one of those pieces that are so uplifting and inspirational - especially when you need it most. He knows, you know...

Machinist's Wife ~ Yes He does know. He cares about the tiniest detail in our lives, even to bringing different things for us to read that 'hit the spot' at certain times. It always seems amazing to me when they happen, but they shouldn't be, because He does know and He does care.

Have a lovely day ~ FlowerLady
